Make sense of what you’re feeling
We teach the stuff that high school skipped. Why do you have emotions? How do you regulate them? What does it actually mean to validate a feeling? Making sense of your inner world is the foundation we build on.
Tune into your body
Sometimes it feels like your body is betraying you. You react harshly without thinking, or anxiety stops you from engaging in life. Your body is trying to tell you something. We journey with you as you slow down, tune in, and practice listening to what your body is saying.
Heal the wound, not the symptom
How many skills have you tried, only to find the same patterns showing up again? Sometimes patterns persist because there are older, deeper wounds that haven’t been tended to yet. We come alongside you to give those hurting parts the care that they need.

Relationship & Attachment Healing
You feel like you never quite get it right with relationships. Even friendships are hard. You either cling to the people who matter, or you give them the cold shoulder because you don’t want to get hurt. Either way, you’re tired of it.
The ways that you once learned to protect yourself just hurt you now. You want to trust, be respected, and be loved for who you are, not who you pretend to be.
Together, we go back to where these patterns started. We identify attachment patterns and offer that younger part of you something it never had. Through trust, compassion, and love, we teach you how to handle discomfort, resolve conflict, and set boundaries so that you can connect with people in a way that has you feeling seen and valued as a whole person.
Emotion & Trauma Healing
You wonder how to turn off anxiety, and how past traumas affect you today. You have tried thinking your way through emotional or traumatic experiences, but you can’t make sense of them. In fact, thinking about these experiences seems to make you more emotional.
Emotional healing happens when you change your relationship to your emotions: instead of dreading sadness, you understand how it serves you; when anxiety grips your body, you approach it with curiosity instead of criticism. We aren’t trying to get emotions to go away, but we do want them to stop taking over your body.
If trauma is a part of your story, you want a counsellor who approaches healing from a trauma-informed, safety-oriented lens. Using somatic and body-based modalities, we can help you return to a sense of safety so that you can finally let your shoulders down and breathe again.
Self-Worth & Identity
For as long as you can remember, you secretly wonder what’s wrong with you. Other people seem to be at ease with life, and you assume they know something that you haven’t figured out yet. You want to believe in your self-worth and have healthy self-esteem, but the inner-critic never stops.
The truth is, your identity is wrapped in people pleasing and perfectionism. You want to be authentic in your relationships, and to genuinely feel confident at work, but the concept feels foreign to you. What’s more, one nagging question plagues you: If people knew who you really are, would they still accept you?
You wonder how you ended up this way. How have intergenerational patterns sculpted your identity? Did your parents’ beliefs impact your own, and what would happen if you let go of narratives that aren’t serving you? You don’t have to do this alone. Session Information
Cost
$150 per 50 minute session.
Direct billing is available for a number of extended healthcare benefits plans. We bill your insurance directly so you don’t have to.
Location
Sessions are available in-person in Victoria’s Westshore, or virtually across BC.
Our office is located in the Coastal Offices Building at 132-328 Wale Road in Colwood, on the border of Langford, and is easily accessible to clients across the Westshore including View Royal, Metchosin, Sooke, and the Highlands.
We offer free parking, and are conveniently located within walking distance from the Colwood bus exchange.
