Hello, my name is Gillian. I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor and a certified Mediator.

I understand that at some point in life, we all experience suffering, stress, or conflict — and I believe it is how we respond that truly shapes our healing and growth.

Hello, my name is Natalie. I am a wife, a boy mom, and a lover of life & people.

You might be interested in counselling with me if you struggle with trauma from a past experience, and you are looking to break the cycle of toxic relationship patterns in your life.

I work from a compassionate point of view, using my background in somatic experiencing, trauma & addiction work to help us walk through your most painful experiences. By developing awareness of nervous system patterns, we can help you rewire unwanted responses to trauma and stress.

If you want a session that incorporates body soul and spirit, I may be a fit for you. I look forward to connecting with you and supporting you wherever you are at.

I grew up in the hustle and bustle of big city Toronto and moved out to BC for my love of the ocean and outdoors.

I spend my free time outdoors in nature, walking my two Bernedoodles and putting my everything into my two little boys and husband.

I love to travel and always feel at peace by the ocean.

My spirituality is very important to me and I am always in pursuit of understanding the deeper meaning of life and relationships.

Long walks on the beach and living out your dreams are two very big passions of mine!

Hi, I’m Kala, a Registered Clinical Counsellor, and the founder of True Peace Counselling.

You might book a session with me if you would like to work with a counsellor who is friendly, warm, and compassionate. I often support clients who grew up in difficult or emotionally painful environments and are now ready to bring healing to those early wounds. Together, we work on overcoming people pleasing, asserting boundaries, and developing a stronger sense of self-worth.

I am also a Perinatal Mental Health Practitioner. With two littles of my own, I understand that early parenthood can be a challenging time, and I provide warm support to moms and dads who are in this stage of their life journey.

If it sounds like we might be a good fit, book a free consultation now so that we can talk about working together

Fun facts about Kala:

  •  I spent my childhood and adolescent years moving around. My family lived in various communities in Northern Canada, as well as in Honduras and Nicaragua.
  • The most impactful job I ever had was 7 years of working at a men’s shelter in downtown Victoria.  My time there deepened my understanding of the impacts of trauma and substance use in ways that I couldn’t imagine beforehand. I am incredibly grateful for my time working there.
  • I am such a big fan of Tolkein’s The Lord of the Rings that I actually collect old copies of the books.
