 About Gillian

Hello, my name is Gillian. I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor and a certified Mediator.

I understand that at some point in life, we all experience suffering, stress, or conflict — and I believe it is how we respond that truly shapes our healing and growth.

My approach is empathetic, kind, and compassionate. I support clients in finding healing, rebuilding trust, and creating solutions that restore balance and strengthen relationships. When helpful, I integrate mindfulness practices, somatic awareness, and lifestyle considerations into sessions to support well-being on multiple levels.

I am continually inspired by the people I work with and grateful to witness the positive changes in their lives and relationships.

You are welcome to reach out with any questions or to book a free consultation. This gives us the chance to connect and explore what support you are looking for.
